🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a Tools Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic aerospace engineering team. In this role, you will become a subject matter expert on our Aerospace-Certified Tools (DO-178C/DO-330), including:
Autocode Generator
Configurator Tools
Screen Grabber and Display Tools
You will work closely with customers worldwide to provide technical guidance, tool usage support, and hands-on training, bridging the gap between our India-based support team and US development team. This is a customer-facing engineering role ideal for a technically inclined individual who enjoys solving real-world engineering challenges.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Learn and master our in-house aerospace-certified tools and become the first point of contact for customer support.
Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and handholding to customers across India and overseas.
Work closely with customers to understand requirements and resolve tool-related issues quickly.
Collaborate with the US-based development team to communicate feedback, feature requests, and technical issues.
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for new and existing customers.
Create and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and solution guides for customer support.
Ensure excellent customer experience and act as a trusted technical partner.
🔹 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields).
0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates welcome) with strong willingness to learn aerospace tools and standards.
Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (customer-facing experience preferred).
Ability to travel within India and internationally for customer engagements.
Knowledge of DO-178C, DO-330, or Aerospace Certification standards is a plus (training will be provided).

Responsibilities:
• Take technical responsibility for the successful delivery of Time and Material / fixed-price projects, typically involving teams of 20 to 30 engineers, ensuring adherence to DO-178C and/or DO-254 processes and objectives.
• Ensure all project activities are undertaken in strict accordance with agreed quality, cost, and delivery objectives, with a primary focus on achieving and maintaining compliance with customer and regulatory requirements (DO-178C/DO-254).
• Meticulously capture and ensure comprehensive compliance with the technical requirements of the customer and Front Office, specifically considering the implications for software and hardware development and verification in line with DO-178C/DO-254.
• Be responsible for the formal validation of delivery acceptance, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required DO-178C/DO-254 quality standards and customer specifications.
• Proactively organize and lead customer and Front Office meetings, effectively communicating project status, risks, and compliance efforts related to DO-178C/DO-254.
• Be fully accountable for project delivery across Time, Cost, and Quality, with a strong focus on meeting the rigorous standards mandated by DO-178C/DO-254.
• Closely monitor project progress and strategic direction in collaboration with the Customer and Front Office, ensuring alignment with certification milestones and deliverables required by DO-178C/DO-254.
• Maintain a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, ensuring that all project activities and deliverables meet or exceed expectations within the context of aerospace certification.
• Drive and implement improvement plans to enhance project delivery efficiency and compliance with DO-178C/DO-254 standards.
People Management:
• Identify and appoint competent Project Leaders within the portfolio, ensuring they understand and can effectively implement DO-178C/DO-254 processes within their respective projects.
• Validate project delivery needs and the adequacy of the team and individual team members, ensuring the team possesses the necessary skills and understanding of DO-178C/DO-254 for successful certification.
• Monitor the technical skills of the team, particularly in areas related to DO-178C/DO-254 (e.g., software verification, hardware validation, requirements traceability), and ensure appropriate technical and project training is provided.
• Define the project organization and service delivery model to effectively meet customer and Front Office requirements while adhering to DO-178C/DO-254 guidelines.
• Track team performance and provide regular feedback to relevant stakeholders (Competency Team, Human Resources, etc.), including assessments of their adherence to and proficiency in DO-178C/DO-254 practices.
